Feminine Emergency Kit

Just Monday, I posted my complete hygiene routine and I wanted to share my add-on which is a feminine emergency kit.

I know someone out there is like "what in the world is a feminine hygiene kit?" Well, to answer that it is a kit which contains all of your feminine needs that's not makeup or hair related. Things such as: pads, tampons, feminine wipes, travel size shower gel, alcohol wipes, band-aids, Tylenol and etc.

I have always had one since the age of 9. My mom created one so that I would be prepared for my period when it came and boy was I ever! Since than, I've always had an emergency kit with me at all costs just so I know that everything I need is in one spot.

I store my things in a cute Sonia Kashuk makeup bag because if I want to be discrete I can (people will think I'm touching up my makeup).

My Complete Hygiene Routine

Today I want to share with you all my complete hygiene routine. I have seen so many videos like this and thought I could share my two cents on it. I don't have an extensive routine, but I do make sure to clean myself thoroughly in all aspects. I broke this up in to two parts: Part 1 includes my oral and shower routine and Part 2 includes my menstrual and sexual routine.

Keep in mind: this is MY PERSONAL routine. 

This works for me and has worked for several years.

Part I

Oral Hygiene

• Rinse my mouth with a mouthwash.
• Brush my teeth for about 2 mins. I use any brand of toothbrush as long as it has a tongue scrubber on the back. Make sure to scrub my tongue for at least 30-60 seconds.
• I rinse my mouth with mouthwash again.
• Once a week I do deep clean my toothbrush with hydrogen peroxide.
• Once a week a whiten my teeth with a hydrogen peroxide mix.
