Review | Valentia Skin Care Eye Cream & Hydration Mask

Today's post is a review on an amazing eye cream. I was given the opportunity to review two products from Valentia Skin Care this month and after hearing so many good reviews about it I definitely wanted to give it a try. Valentia was kind enough to send me this product for free, so I definitely want to say thank you Valentia for that. Valentia Skin Care is a company that is cruelty free, vegan friendly, uses 98% natural ingredients, made in the US and uses sustainable energy.

I received the True Glow Eye Cream and the Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask. I am addicted to face mask and I am always on the hunt for an effective eye cream.

True Glow Eye Cream

This product retails for $25 USD and comes in a 1.18oz glass bottle. First off, let me start by saying I absolutely love packaging and the bottle. It's just so simple, classic and chic. I'm so happy that this eye cream comes with a pump! It makes application so much easier. I will say the pump can be a bit stiff at times, so when using be mindful and careful not to press to hard on the pump or product will fly out.

I have been using this product two times a day -- in the morning and the evening. I love the way this eye cream applies on to the eye area. It's a peach colored cream that blends smoothly into the skin and absorbs quickly into the eye area. This kept my under eye area moisturized without any problem. No dry spots, no irritations, no issues at all. The peach color of the eye cream allows the cream to "brighten" the eye area. I like that this doesn't feel greasy or heavy to apply on to the eye area and a little really goes a long way. Another thing I enjoyed -- the smell was so delightful. The smell wasn't overpowering or obnoxious whatsoever.

Ingredients:

This eye cream is said to do the following: diminish fine lines & wrinkles, nourish & hydrate, tighten the under eye area, brighten dark circles and reduce puffiness. When it comes to these claims, I definitely have to agree! This definitely did nourish and hydrate my eye area, I definitely felt some tightening and my dark circles did seem a bit brighter.

Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask

This mask retails for $25 USD and you get a 4oz bottle. I absolutely LOVE the clean look of this bottle and packaging. It's simple, chic and has such elegance to it with the white and gold coloring. This mask is sort of like jello in texture and feel. It has an orange color and smells absolutely amazing! The scent does dissipate after applying so it doesn't stay around. This applies smoothly on the face, but after about 2-5 mins you're face will begin to tingle which means the mask is "working." I didn't feel bothered or irritated by the tingling sensation at all and my skin never broke out while using this mask.

This mask does absorb quickly into the skin and never feels heavy or sticky. After removing the mask I didn't have to apply a moisturize because my skin was extremely hydrated. It didn't feel dry or sticky with residue at all. This was a clean, straight-forward and effective mask.

This mask is said to do the following: boosts collagen production, increases skin radiance, reduces fine lines, locks in skins moisture and softer smoother skin. I can definitely say that I have enjoyed this mask! I've used it 4 times since I got -- I know excessive -- but I'm a sucker for a good hydrating mask during these winter months. I felt my face tingle which was definitely the feel of collagen production being boosted. My skin felt moisturized and brighter after the first use and just got better and better. This is a phenomenal face mask.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with these products and definitely plan to try out more of their products! I highly recommend them because they are not as expensive, cruelty free, vegan friendly, organic, natural and smell absolutely divine!
