Miracle Dry Oil by Garnier Fructis
Happy Friday my loves!
Hope today is an awesome Friday for you. I hope all is well with you. Are you as excited for the weekend as I am. I don't really have anything planned (maybe some Zumba, Yoga and Pilates at my boyfriend's fitness club...post coming soon), but weekends are always great. As you have probably noticed, I will be doing 3 posts a week: Monday's are makeup related posts which means reviews, tutorials, makeup hauls and etc. Wednesday's are dedicated to all things fashion and Friday's are split between health, fitness, skincare, hair and other randoms things I think of!
Today I will be doing a review on a product I had in my possession for a few weeks thanks to BzzAgent. I was sent the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil to try out and review. Keep in mind, I am NOT being paid to do this review, nor are my opinions and thoughts devalued.
This "new" product by Garnier Fructis is like no other. Why? It isn’t every day that an innovative and sexy multipurpose product is made available to us females. But can you imagine an all-in-one product that delivers silky, shiny hair and soft, supple skin? That’s sexy by association. NEW Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil is a breakthrough multi-use formula that delivers rapid-action nourishment to treat your hair, body and even dry areas on your face with no oily residue.
One of my favorite things is that this is formulated with a blend of weightless oils - olive, avocado and shea - which makes the feel smooth, non-sticky and easy to absorb into the hair follicles or skin.

Taylor Swift's Fashion Spread in Elle Magazine
Happy Hump Day everyone!
Hopefully your week is going great so far. Me, I'm trying to keep a positive outlook on life despite my situation. Got to find a way to keep active until this is over. I'll be happy to go back to work soon.
This post is a fashion based post which is rare on my blog, but I figured since spring is near that I should start doing more fashion posts as I plan to be a bit more involved with fashion come this spring and summer. Now I have subscribed to a few of my favorite fashion magazines such as Vogue, W Magazine, Harper's Bazaar and Elle Magazine. While I was browsing my March issue of Elle and saw the spread Taylor Swift did. I'm not much of a fan, but lately I've been enjoying her music. Anyway her spread was absolutely amazing and I wanted to share it with you all.
If you plan to get your hands on the magazine, check out page 411 and pages 426-33. She definitely did look like a model and pulled each look off amazingly.
This first look I thought was completely punk rock. She was styled in Burberry Prorsum from head to toe. She wore a metallic leather and jersey bonded bomber jacket in multi-colored green ($3,595). A purple stretch satin bustier ($1,095) with black stretch twill pants ($1,095) and red satin peep toe wedges, $675. As expensive as this outfit is...it definitely speaks volumes.

Spring Makeup Trends for 2013
How are you all doing this lovely Monday? I hope well!
I've been missing you all so much. My Acer laptop is completely down, but thanks to my new baby, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, I'm able to blog happily again. I plan to even purchase a keyboard for this thing as well...yeah I'm going all out! LOL.
Today's post is about Spring 2013 makeup trends. These are the trends that were seen on the runways and will be seen on a street near you! Now keep in mind: trends don't have to be followed, they can be remixed to fit your style!
Let's get into it...
Fuchsia Lips
Trade in your oxbloods and reds for something a bit more flirty this spring. A fuchsia lip is all the rave once again! It's girly, it's pretty and it makes a statement. Whether it's a neon fuchsia or one that looks red, it's all the lips might crave. Go matte for a full days wear or glossy for a full on pouty lip. This was seen on models for Dries Van Noten, Oscar de la Renta, Missoni and Rue du Mail. Brands that have great fuchsia lipsticks include, but are not limited to: M.A.C Candy Yum Yum, Milani in Rose Hip, Maybelline Color Sensational in Fuchsia Fever, Nars Satin Lip Pencil in Yu and Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet in L'Eclatante. To elevate this lip, highlight your Cupid's bow.
Matte Skin

Shake Your Tambourine with Proenza Schouler
My loves, my loves, my loves...
I know I'm gone, but I figured I could do this post while I'm at the hotel!!! This is fashion related post on a bag that I would die to have in my closet! It was seen on the runways for Spring 2013 and I absolutely love it. It is a bit off, but it would be amazing when styled correctly...
I'm speaking of the Tambourine Bags by Proenza Schouler.
You can make all the noise in the world shaking these babies! Whether you're living on the wild side or edgy. there's a bag for you!
For Proenza Schouler's spring collection, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez focused on the coolness of a collage and making it into a fashionable piece. From patchworking different hues of python into a vest to fashioning jackets from contrasting squares of leather to juxtaposing digital prints for graphic dresses. These bags are definitely a work of art.
The tambourine bag were created with a combination of elements...

Tutorial | Valentine's Day Look #3: Spontaneous Love
Hello Loves!
Today I have a 3rd look for Valentine's Day for you all. With only 3 days left, I have two more looks for you all! This look is centered around a beautiful purple smoky eye with a pop of pink on the lips and lower lash line. When most people think of Valentine's Day, they automatically think of pink, reds and purples; so in honor of that I decided to go with a purples and pinks in this look.
I hope you all enjoy this look because it's very pretty. This is more so a night out or club kind of look. A bit more bright and dramatic than the first two looks.
Tutorial
The tutorial shows you step by step how to achieve this beautiful purple smoky eye with a pop of pink! In this tutorial I also used a matte finish foundation because during the day you don't want to look like a oily waste-land. You want to look polished and sweet for your day. Especially if you plan to go clubbing!
The blushes I am wearing are dupes for Nars Orgasm and La Femme Mocha blush. Dupe post coming soon!
